Deposit Policy
✦ A Commitment to Professionalism and Respect To confirm our time together, a deposit covering travel expenses is required for outcalls to your residence or hotel. A travel fee of $20 per 30 minutes applies to these extended trips. I offer outcalls only in these locations—either to your residence or hotel. Cancellations
✦ Respecting Each Other’s Time If I must cancel, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable and the honorarium for the reserved time still applies. I hold your chosen time exclusively and inform others of my unavailability. Rescheduling is welcome, though a new travel fee may apply. Repeated cancellations or failure to honor this policy will result in discontinued communication. Like many professionals, I’ve paid stylists for canceled appointments—because walking away without compensation is not just inconsiderate, it disregards the time and preparation invested.
Parking Instructions
✦ Gracefully Supporting My Arrival If we’re meeting at a hotel, please have valet charges added to your room or provide them directly. For street or garage parking, the cost is yours to cover. As a simple guideline, consider the way one might add a gratuity—allocating approximately 20% of the honorarium toward incidental expenses helps ensure everything runs smoothly.
